The mixture of glue and wood chips is heated in the mold cavity and solidified and formed under the pressure of the press.

Dryer

Dry the fine sawdust to ensure that the moisture content in the sawdust is around 5%.

Pallet Molding Machine 3000tons Pressure For Solar Panel Pallets

This machine can produce heavy-duty pallets with a flat surface. It has a worktable large enough, and the size of the Solar Panel pallets can reach 2500mm x 1500mm.
Its pressure is composed of two parts. The upper pressure is 3000 tons, and the ejection pressure can reach 600 tons. The powerful working pressure ensures the pallets are sturdy and durable enough.
These large pallets can be used to load and transport photovoltaic panels. Compared with traditional solid wood pallets, they are cheaper and offer a better application experience.
